About Andy

30 years helping young people find their way.

With a career built entirely around education and young people, Andy brings deep experience, genuine warmth, and a practical approach to every coaching relationship.

My story

I've spent over 30 years working in education, supporting youngsters with their own unique talents and challenges to fulfil their potential and follow their dreams. In that time, I've worked with hundreds of young people who felt like the system wasn't built for them — and I've seen first-hand what the right support can do.

Many of the students I worked with had ADHD — diagnosed or not. I watched them struggle not because they lacked ability or ambition, but because nobody had given them the tools to work with their brain rather than against it. That gap is what drew me to coaching.

Today I work 1:1 with students and young adults who are ready to stop fighting themselves and start building a life that actually fits. My background in education means I understand the pressures you're under — and my coaching approach means we focus on what you can do, not what you can't.

Experience & approach

30+ years in education

A career built entirely around supporting young people — understanding how they think, what holds them back, and what helps them thrive.

ADHD specialist

Deep experience working with students with ADHD, both diagnosed and undiagnosed, across a wide range of settings and challenges.

Based in Surrey

All sessions are online, so wherever you are in the UK, you can access the same support.

Student-focused

Focused exclusively on students and young adults — the age group where the right support makes the biggest long-term difference.

How I work

Three decades in education taught me that every young person is different. There's no single system that works for everyone — especially with ADHD. My job is to help you figure out what works for you, and then build the habits and structures to make it stick.

Practical over theoretical

Every session ends with something you can actually try. No abstract frameworks, no homework you'll never do.

Honest and direct

I'll tell you what I think, not what you want to hear. That's what makes coaching useful.

Non-judgmental

There's no shame in struggling. ADHD is a neurological difference, not a character flaw — and I'll never treat it like one.
